At MYMODERNYOU.COM, we make it a priority to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, your great experience is important to us. Purchases made on MyModernYou.com can only be billed and shipped within the United States.
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Processing time for orders placed from November 22nd through December 1st may exceed 1-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received a notification past the 7 business day time frame, please reach out to our customer service team.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
All orders placed on MyModernYou.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Free Shipping Qualifier
All orders with a subtotal of $50 or more after promotional codes are applied qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Shipments to a PO Box and PO Box Addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service.
